Lucky Coin Pin

The newest Club Penguin pin is the lucky coin pin and it is hidden at the ski hill on top of a giant pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. This pin is obviously celebrating the Club Penguin St.Patrick's Day Party!

St.Patrick's Day Party Begins Today!

The Club Penguin St. Partrick’s Day Party has started! Many of the rooms on the island are decorated in green. Some of the rooms, like the forest, are really decorated with lots of St. Patrick’s Day themes. There are two free items for the St. Patrick’s Day Party on Club Penguin. The first is the Shamrock Hat, which is a free item for everyone. The second is the accordion, which is only for members. Here are all the secrets and cheats for the Club Penguin St. Patrick’s Day Party. This is the Shamrock Hat. The shamrock hat is inside the coffee shop, in the lower left part of the screen next to one of the green couches.
Here is the Accordion (Members Only). The accordion is inside the leprechaun’s house which members can enter from the forest. The accordion is in the lower left corner of the house in a box. It is a neck item and you can wear it but it doesn’t have any special dance or wave moves. It’s just an accordion hanging on your neck.
The Rainbow
There’s a giant rainbow that ends with a pot of gold on the ski hill and you can see the rainbow from a lot of different rooms on Club Penguin, like the iceberg and the dock. There’s at least one glitch with the rainbow. If you go to the Beach, you can see the ski hill but there’s no rainbow. I think the Club Penguin artists got a little lazy!

Snow Sculpture Contest (Behind The Scenes)

I know not very many of us are that intersted in sending drawings to Disney for the Snow Sculture Contest. But I decided to make a blog about it anyways. Here is your own personal copy of Happy77's interview with some of the artists resposible for the snow sculpture drawings.

Q: What do you look for in all the submissions you get?
A: A great submission is fun, imaginative and makes us smile! But there are so many talented and creative artists playing Club Penguin that they're all making us smile!

Q: Tell us about making sculptures from a drawing. Is it very difficult?
A: The artist who drew it did the difficult stuff. We get to do the fun part. First we transfer the original drawing onto our computer and create a black and white version so that it kinda looks like a coloring book picture. Then we take it and make it look like it's made of ice.

Q: If you added flavored syrup to the snow sculptures, would it make them into beautiful, yummy snow cones?
A:Indeed it would! However, you might unintentionally upset the poor artist whose masterpiece would be inside of your belly... :)

Here is a "Behind The Scenes" look at how the Club Penguin team transforms a boring 'ol drawing into a snow sculpture masterpiece!

White Puffles Are Here!

What's gentle yet powerful? Can turn anything to ice with a single breath? What can create snowfall, plays with a skate, and so much more? The white puffle!
Many of us have been asking for a new puffle for a long time and the club penguin team is so excited to finally tell you that it's available inside the updated Adopt A Puffle catalog at the Pet Shop! Yay! They are so cute!
